Salsa Recipe
1 can Rotel tomatoes (original)
6 Roma Tomatoes-chopped
8 scallions-chopped
1-2 garlic cloves-minced
juice of lime
salt to taste
1 bunch of cilantro-snipped. (If you haven't had cilantro it is in the fresh food section near herbs--since it's an herb.)
Mix and let sit for an hour before serving. The longer it sits, the more blended the taste. Keep in refrigerator in closed container. Will keep 2 weeks or so, but if your family is like mine, it won't last that long!!!
