Red Raspberry Lemon Jam Recipe
6 or 7 half pint jars
8 cups whole raspberries
6 cups sugar
juice of two lemons

Place raspberries in preserving pot with sugar and lemon juice. Bring slowly to a boil over low heat, shifting pot around to ensure berries do not stick. Do not stir. Continue and allow to boil over medium high heat. Remove any foam that forms.

Boil gently until jam tests done. Ladle into sterilized jars and process.
