Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
Mix all ingredients together and place in an small round (8") casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers or breadstix.
Tips... use only mayo, NOT miracle whip..... use more or less garlic according to your taste
