Gravy Recipe
Whether you want a little gravy or a whole lot simply follow this method.

2 tbsp All purpose flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/16 tsp Pepper
Meat juice or liquid, strained if needed, fat removed, plus enough water to make 1 cup
1 tsp. Boullion powder
Liquid gravy browner, enough to make apleasing color (optional)

Combine flour, salt and pepper in saucepan. Stir.

Gradually whisk in meat juice and water until no lumps remain. Heat and stir until boiling and thickened.

Taste, adding bouillion powder for more flavor if needed. Stir in gravy browner to color. Add more salt and pepper if needed. Makes 1 cup.

NOTE: The more bouillon powder used the less salt needed. Salt may be added at the last step.
