Easiest Gravy Recipe
3 tbs. olive oil
3 tbs. whole wheat flour
2 tbs. powdered vegetable broth, or 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
3 cups potato water or plain water

In a large skillet, heat oil. Whisk in flour and powdered vegetable broth (if using bouillon cubes, add potato water first, then add cubes). Add potato water or plain water slowly, stirring with a whisk over medium-high heat, until gravy thickens to desired consistency. Yields 3 cups.
