Bean Dip Recipe
1 19 ounce can of white beans - cannelloni - mashed
1 red onion diced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup sour cream
basil and parsley to taste
Mix all together - serve in a scooped out loaf of round bread (looks especially pretty in pumpernickel bread)
