Applebee's Pico De Gallo Recipe

Yield: 2 cups
3 large tomatoes, Diced 1/2 Tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 large onion, Diced 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tbl jalapeos, Diced 1 Tbl olive oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, Chopped 1 Tbl white vinegar
2 Tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together in large container until well blended. Allow sitting for at least 6 hours, it is better if allowed to sit overnight.
Comments: This is a great summer relish to serve with chips, or even on a hamburger.
