Alcapulco Sunset Dip Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup of salsa (however hot or mild u like it)
  • 1-8oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 avacado pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice (or lemon if that is what u got on hand)
  • 1/2 lb of deveined, small cooked shrimp (I just buy a can or 2 of them )
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • Tortillachips for dipping

Directions

  1. In med bowl combine beans and salsa mix well! Spread bean mixture onto a serving plate.
  2. In a food processer or good blender, combine cream cheese, avacado and lime juice; Process til well blended, Spread cream cheese mixture over beans.
  3. Top with shrimp and tomato, garnish with some fresh cilantro if u like.
  1. Serve with tortilla chips!
