7 Layer Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 16-oz can refried beans
- 3-4 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 T. Lemon juice
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1-1/2 C. Sour cream
- 3-4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lg. Can sliced olives, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2-3 C. Shreddedcheddar cheese
Directions
- Spread refried beans in a 9x13" Glass casserole dish.
- Add lemon juice to the avocados and spread over the beans.
- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning.
- Spread over the avocado mixture.
- Sprinkle on the tomatoes, then the onions, then the olive.
- Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Chill 1-2 hours before serving with tortilla chips.
