7 Layer Dip Recipe
Ingredients
  • 16-oz can refried beans
  • 3-4 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
  • 1 T. Lemon juice
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1-1/2 C. Sour cream
  • 3-4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 lg. Can sliced olives, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2-3 C. Shreddedcheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spread refried beans in a 9x13" Glass casserole dish.
  2. Add lemon juice to the avocados and spread over the beans.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning.
  4. Spread over the avocado mixture.
  5. Sprinkle on the tomatoes, then the onions, then the olive.
  6. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
  1. Chill 1-2 hours before serving with tortilla chips.
