Taffy Apple Pizza Recipe
Pillsbury Sugar cookie dough
2-3 apples, granny smith work great
1/4 cup peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese softened
cinnamon
carmel sauce
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup brown sugar
Cook the cookie dough on a pizza stone, just roll it out into one big cookie. Let it cool slightly. Mix together the peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and brown sugar. Spread on top of the cookie. Slice the apples thinly, very easy with a apple/peeler/corer/slicer, and layer on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spinkly with cinnamon and drizzle with carmel. Slice
and enjoy. Yum!
