Lemon Ice Box Pie Recipe
1 box vanilla wafers, line bottom and sides of pie plate OR 1 large prepared graham cracker crust (this is what I use)
1 small frozen lemonade
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Combine lemonade, 1/2 of the Cool Whip, condensed milk, and a couple drops yellow food coloring. Stir until mixed well, then pour over crust. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of pie. Garnish sides with vanilla wafers. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.

Note: I like to freeze the pie and then partially thaw before serving so it is slightly icy.
