Iced Pumpkin Brownies Recipe
BAR

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsps baking powder
2 tsps cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup Pure Pumpkin, canned

Frosting

2 (3 oz.) pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 TBLSPs butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 to 2 tsps imitation maple flavor (I used pure vanilla, I'm not a maple fan)

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 15x10x1" pan. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.

Combine brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add pumpkin, mix well. Reduce speed to low and add flour mixture, beat until well mixed.

Spread into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothipick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.

Combine frosting ingredients and spread over cooled bars. Cut into squares.

* These are soooooo good, I got the recipe out of a new Land O Lakes cookie cookbook at the grocery counter.
