Holiday Cereal Bars Recipe
1 3 oz package of any red fruit flaor gelatin
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
4 cups rice Krispies
36 spearmint leaf candies
Spray a 9" pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large saucepan, combine gelatin, corn syrup and margarine; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil,
stirring constantly.
Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in cereal until coated. Press mixture in sprayed pan. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes till set.
Cut into bars and top each bar with a leaf candy!
