Easiest Ever Chocolate Cake Recipe
2 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
5 sq Bakers' Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
1 cup lukewarm strong black coffee
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients; beat on HIGH 3 min or until blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9" springform pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 10 min; remove from pan.
