Doris' Pineapple Casserole Recipe
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup sugar
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
6 slices of toast lightly buttered and cut into cubes

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, beat well. Add pineapple including juice. Fold in bread cubes. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until top is crusty and lightly browned).
