4 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 Tbs. light butter
6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
3 Tbs. all-purpose flour
2 Tbs. instant espresso powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place beans in colander and rinse thoroughly under running water; set aside and drain. Place chocolate and light butter in small microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 60 to 90 sec., stirring every 30 sec. until smooth. In food processor or blender, combine drained beans and 2 egg whites.
