Brownies Recipe
Makes 12-18 brownies
4 ounces (4 squares unsweetened chocolate)
5 Tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9X9" pan. Melt the chocolate and butter together. Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and add to the chocolate mixture.
Add the flour, blend and add the nuts, vanilla and salt. Stir until well mixed. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cool in pan.
