Blueberry Crunch Recipe
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries-I use frozen
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup pecans
Spread pineapple is a lightly greased 13x9" baking dish. Sprinkle with cake mix, blueberries and sugar. Drizzle with butter and top with pecans. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. 10 servings. Note: This is not a real pretty dessert, but it is sooo good.
