Crockpot Swiss Steak Recipe
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 chopped carrot
1 cup chopped celery
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, sliced
2 TBS flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Cut steak into serving pieces. Combine flour, salt & pepper & sprinkle over meat. Mix well & put into crock pot. Add carrot, celery, & onion. Pour tomato
sauce on top. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
