Crockopt Chicken Cacciatore Recipe
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2-1/2-3 lbs chicken cut up (Ill use skinless, boneless chicken breasts)
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp pepper
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 bay leaf

Place onion in slow cooker. Add chicken.

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken

Cover: Cook on Low 7-9 hours or High 3-4 hours

Serve over spaghetti.
