Light Whole Wheat Bread Recipe
1-1/3 cups tap water
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp powdered milk
2 Tbsp butter (or I use 3 Tbsp of soft margarine)
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 (scant!) tsp yeast (I use regular, or bread machine, or whatever)
Put it on the whole wheat cycle and it makes the bigger (2lb? loaf).
