Bread Machine Garlic Potato Rolls Recipe
Small Loaf (1 lb/2 cup machine)
1 cup water
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 cups Bread Flour
3/4 cup instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed or chives, optional
1 clove garlic, crushed*
1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
*or substitute 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
For Best Results SELECT loaf size. Makes a 1 lb loaf. ADD ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. SELECT WHITE cycle.
