Bacon Egg Bread Recipe
(place in your bread pan first, as directed by your manufacturer)

6 oz. water, room temp.
3 medium or 2 large eggs
2 Tblsp. Oil (I use Puritan)

(I usually mix my dry ingredients, except yeast, in a large zip bag)
3 cups bread flour
1 & 1/2 tsp. salt
2 & 1/2 Tblsp. sugar
2 Tblsp. dry milk (any kind)
2 Tblsp. instant potatoes

(make well in middle of flour mixture)
1 pkg. yeast of choice

Begin machine with Basic, Medium Crust Color, and start at the beep, halfway thru the longest knead cycle, add: 6 or 7 slices crispy bacon, drained and crumbled (I like to broil mine, then pat any excess grease from both sides so I won't throw off my recipe, since I'm so new at all of this.)
This recipe leaves a slightly salty taste in your mouth, like good popcorn, makes you want to go back for more.
