Streusel Coffee Cake Recipe
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Stir ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x9x2" pan.
Topping:
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbs. margarine or butter
Cut butter into mixed sugar, flour and cinnamon, add 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Sprinkle over batter. Bake in a 375°F oven about 30 minutes or till a toothpick inserted
near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
