Sabrina's Garlic Souffle Recipe
1/4 cup butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded Chedder cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 beaten eggs
1 cup minced fresh garlic

In large saucepan, melt butter. Add soup, milk, salt and pepper; blend over medium heat until smooth. Slowly add cheese and lemon juice, blending well. Remove from heat; add well-beaten eggs and garlic. Mix well and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered in 350°F oven for 50 minutes.
