French Toast Casserole Recipe
Make the night before.

1 loaf of french bread
5 lg eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 to 1/2 c Grand Marnier (substitute for GM, increase milk to 2 1/2 cups add 4 tsp of sugar and 1 Tbs vanilla)
2 Tbs butter cut into sm. pieces

Grease 13x9" pan, cut bread into 1" pieces and arrange in single layer in bottom of pan. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients ('cept butter). Pour over bread. Cover w/ foil and refrig. at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready to bake dot w/ butter and bake uncovered approx. 40 min @ 375°F oven. Longer if it looks wet in center.
