Apple French Toast Recipe
Directions
  1. Melt together and simmer approximately 5 minutes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
  1. Pour in the bottom of a 9x12" Pan (glass preferred).
  2. Cover with 3 cups sliced apples (tart variety).
  1. Blend
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  1. Soak 10-12 thick slices French bread in the egg mixture.
  2. Place bread over apples.
  3. This can be refrigerated over night or frozen.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve upside down.
