Apple French Toast Recipe
Directions
- Melt together and simmer approximately 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
- Pour in the bottom of a 9x12" Pan (glass preferred).
- Cover with 3 cups sliced apples (tart variety).
- Blend
- Soak 10-12 thick slices French bread in the egg mixture.
- Place bread over apples.
- This can be refrigerated over night or frozen.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve upside down.
