Garlic Bread Recipe
12 oz. warm water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp. yeast
as much garlic as you like (I usually press about 4 cloves)
I dump all this in my Kitchen Aid and let it knead it for 18 minutes. Let it rise for 30. Knead it again for 25 minutes. Let it rise again until doubled. Then I either form it into one long loaf, skinny
sticks or fat little oval rolls. Whatever strikes my fancy. Then I let it rise until doubled and bake it in a 375°F oven, spraying the bread itself and the oven walls a couple times with a misting
bottle. When they're done, I rub them with butter I've melted with more garlic pressed in it.
