Cornbread Recipe
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 egg whites or 1 egg beaten
1 T. honey
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in the moist ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist. Pour into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
I have the cast iron corn cob molds that I use for my cornbread. My kids love them.
