Cheddar Quick Bread Rolls Recipe
3 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c Parkay margarine
2 c shredded Kraft Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese
1 1/4 c milk
2 eggs -- slightly beaten
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; stir in cheese. Combine milk and eggs; add to cheese mixture, mixing just until moistened. Grease and flour a 9x5" loaf pan; divide into 4 sections with foil. Spoon 1/4 mixture into each section of loaf pan. Bake at 375°F 1 hr. Turn out of pan immediately and remove foil.
NOTES : Makes 4 small loaves
