Bran Rolls Recipe
In large plastic bowl mix:

1 cup bran flakes
3/4 cup sugar
2 cup boiling water
cool slightly

Add:

4 beaten eggs
1 t salt
2 T yeast
5 cups flour

Mix with spoon; cover and raise 1 hour. Divide dough in half. Dump one half on heavily floured board. Roll out about 1/4" thick in a circle. Cut into triangles with a pizza cutter (like you are cutting a pizza into about 16 pieces.) Roll up each section beginning with the wide end and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten whole egg with a little water added. Repeat with other half of dough. Raise covered about 30-40 minutes. Bake at 375°F about 20 minutes until golden brown.
