Best Ever Banana Bread Recipe
1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 Eggs large
3 bananas Large
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and beat well. Add mashed bananas and vanilla beat well! Stir flour, baking powder and soda togther and then blend well with wet ingredients.

Bake in a 350°F oven until Very dark brown. My oven temps are screwed up and it takes me well over an hour to bake a loaf, so just make sure that a toothpick comes out clean when you poke it in the center and that the loaf is very dark in color! Make sure that you also fill the bread pan, muffin pan, whatever close to the top as well! I make this into mini muffins for school snacks ect and they are well recieved!

This is so moist and yummy it won't last long after being baked!
