Fruit Smoothies Recipe
2 or 3 cups strawberries
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. orange extract
2 quarts lemonade (frozen in a tube)
orange juice (optional)
ice
Mix in a blender and serve immediately
OR
1 cup apple juice (or your choice)
1 6 oz low fat fruit yogurt
3-4 frozen strawberries (whole, unsweetened) or fruit of your choice, prefer frozen
3 ice cubes
Blend. Throw 1/2 banana in there, too, if you wish.
