Sweet And Sour Meatballs Recipe
"Frozen Assets"

14 oz can pineapple, drained, save juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 TBS cornstarch
1/2 cp water
1 tsp soy sauce (I recommend more)
I used 24 meatballs
5 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 pepper (whatever color) cut in strips

Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Combine br sugar and cornstarch, blend in cider, juice, water, soy sauce. Cook over low heat til thick and bubbly. Stir in rest of the stuff and heat to boiling. Serve over rice. I just combined the br sugar, cornstarch, blended in cider, juice, water, soy sauce and tossed it all in the cp to get hot.
