Stuffed Manicotti Recipe
8 manicotti shells, cooked & drained
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T parsley
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 C ricotta cheese
1/3 C grated Parmean
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 C grated Mozarella cheese (4 oz)
Cook manicotti noodles per package directions. Mix beef, onion, salt, garlic, parsley, basil & oregano. Cook and drain. Mix egg, cottage, cheese, Parmesan cheese. Add in beef mixture. Fill the noodles with the mixture, place in a dish. Pour tomato sauce over, cover. Cook 350°F 30 min. Top with Mozarella cheese, cook another 5 minutes. From the kitchen of AMOM_Rose.
