Lasagna Recipe
1 pkg lasagna noodles, cooked, drained and covered with cold water
2 lb ground meat
1 large onion, diced
oregano
basil
pepper
salt
2 jars Spaghetti sauce
1 1 lb pkg ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
8 oz Mozzarella cheese

Brown the meat and onions in a skillet then sprinkle the oregano, basit, salt and pepper over it.

Pour enough sauce in the bottom of the 9x12" baking dish to cover the bottom. Make one layer of noodles.

Mix together the ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, and Parmesan Cheese. Spread this over the first layer of noodles.

Make another layer of noodles and spread the meat mixture on top. Pour spaghetti sauce over this layer. Put the top layer of noodles on then pour the rest of the sauce on top of this. Now place the sheets of Mozzarella cheese over the top of the sauce.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until it is heated through. I cook it uncovered so the cheese on top browns nicely.

This makes a very large dish and freezes well.
