Grilled Franks With Pineapple Salsa Recipe
8 frankfurters
8 frankfurter buns, warmed and split
One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1. Place beef frankfurters on broiler pan under a hot broiler or on a grid over medium coals. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the well-drained pineapple and salsa.
3. Top buns with grilled frankfurters. Spoon some topping over each. Makes 8 servings.
