Boston Market Meatloaf Recipe
1 egg
2 Tablespoons sour cream
2 Tablespoons ketchup
2 Tablespoons flour
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 pound
hamburger
ketchup for coating top of meatloaf
1/3 cup spicey hot V-8 juice

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Mix well with hamburger.

Shape into loaf. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes. After first 15 minutes coat top with ketchup and pour V-8 around the edges.
