Beef Roast Recipe
dry french onion soup mix (1 package)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
aluminum foil

Put roast in the center of a piece of foil that's big enough to wrap entire roast. Put the can of soup on top, spread to the edge of the roast, sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Close foil and set entire package in a roasting pan cook roast at 350°F, to desired doneness, time varies depending on size, a good rule of thumb is 1/2 hour a pound. When roast is done slice roast and put on platter. Pour gravy/drippings over top and serve.
