Barbecue Chicken Packets Recipe
4 sheets (12x18" each) Reynolds Everyday Heavy Duty aluminum foil
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 can (15 1/4 oz), drained, or 1 10oz package of frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Preheat oven to 450°F or preheat grill to medium high.
Center one breast half on each sheet of foil. Spoon sauce over chicken. Top with corn and pepper. Bring up side of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside
packet. Repeat to make four packets. Bake at 450°F on a cookie sheet in oven for 18 to 22 minutes OR grill 12 to 15 minutes in a covered grill.
