Buffalo Pierogies Recipe
from Sara Moulton on Sara's Secrets

4 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 package frozen pierogies...Potato and Roasted Garlic
Blue cheese dressing, optional (you could even use Ranch)
Celery sticks, optional

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, oil and chili powder. Add frozen pierogies and toss until well coated. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Serve with blue cheese for dipping and celery sticks.
