Banana Treat Recipe
Take the banana and peel back just one side without removing the peel. Scoop out a section of the "meat" of the banana in the middle. Put some chocolate chips and mini marshmallows in that scooped out section. Pull the peel back up. Then wrap in foil and back in low over (around 250°F-300°F) for about 10 minutes or so until the chips and mallows get gooey. Yummmy and rich. This can also be done camping for dessert by putting it in the coals after dinner has cooked.
