Hi. I'm trying to make Sloppy Joes with ground sirloin in a non-stick frying pan. The problem is that the ground sirloin sticks together so much that I end up with clumps of hamburger instead of anything that can reasonably be "stirred" according to the recipe. So far, about the only way I've found to do it is to freeze the ground sirloin, put it in the hot frying pan and scrape off the browned hamburger from the frozen lump until it's all gone. Is there an easier way to make the ground sirloin break up into tiny pieces? All I'm making so far is "Sloppy Clumps".9/21/2011 8:39:44 PM

Your help is needed. I would like to welcome everyone and ask the CookingCache community for help. I'm a Computer Science student and I'm working on my final year dissertation. My topic is concerned with designing and building a mobile application that would extend cooking/recipe website (such as yours) and investigation of difficulty of such porting. The mobile app is meant to provide users of such portal with the functionality that they can find on their website and also give them extra features that the mobile platform supports. I would like to build the app which users would love not hate. In order to do that the opinion of cooking communities such as yourselves is very important for me and would give me a lot of insight in my project. I would appreciate if you could spare 3 minutes and fill the survey that I have prepared. The questions generally focus around the main functionality that you as users would like to have in such app. The survey can be found at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FHKZ8DH If you have any questions regarding my project or you have any comments on such app, please fill free to keep this topic open. Many thanks for your help. 10/24/2011 11:56:42 AM
