As cold and flu season quickly approaches, it's time to think about prevention. While frequent hand washing is often the first line of defense against germs, you can greatly enhance your body's ability to fight off infections by choosing the right foods. Recent Site Changes

We have recently given the entire site a face lift and we hope that you will like all of the new features.  There is now a much more extensive and complete category structure to help you navigate the recipes and find the one that is just right.  Also, you can search the entire site using the search feature at the top of the page.

FREE Membership to the site also adds the following benefits:

  1. Quickly add any recipe that looks interesting to you to your own cookbook
  2. Rate any recipe that you've tried on a scale of 1-5 or see the average rating of other people who have tried that recipe before you
  3. Review any recipe to let other's know how it worked, how it tasted or what you might have done to improve on it.

We are also working on adding new features and the following benefits will be available soon:

  1. A script that you can add to your own site to put a recipe of the day or cooking tip of the day on your own website or cooking related blog.
  2. Read member articles, or submit your own.
  3. Member discussion forum coming soon.
